- 1 تنظيم وتنسيق عمليات استلام الشحنات، ومعاينتها والتأكد من مطابقتها مع عمليات الادخال (كماً ونوعاً) وسلامتها حسب المعايير الموضوعة . 2 تصنيف وتخزين الشحنات بشكل سليم وحسب المعايير الموضوعة بالتنسيق مع وحدة الادخال، بالإضافة إلى ترميزها لتسهيل عمليات تحصيلها وصرفها عند الطلب والحاجة لها . 3 إعداد وحفظ جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بعمليات الاستلام والتسليم لضمان توافر المعلومات الدقيقة والموثوقة بمستويات المخزون المتوافرة وإدارتها بكفاءة عالية. 4 إدخال المعلومات الخاصة بالشحنات إلى قاعدة بيانات الشركة لتوفير المعلومات للدوائر والوحدات المعنية حول توافر الشحنات . 5 المحافظة على المخزون من الشحنات عن طريق توفير النظافة والترتيب والأمن لحمايته من التلف أو السرقة . 6 التنسيق مع دائرة الشؤون المالية والإدارية بخصوص عمليات الجرد السنوي بهدف المطابقة بين الكميات الفعلية والدفترية، وتحديد أي من حالات التلف أو السرقة أو النقص واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بخصوص ذلك
