المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة الشحنات والتنسيق مع العملاء والخطوط الملاحية
- متابعة مواعيد الإبحار والوصول وأي تحديثات خاصة بالشحنات
- القدرة على تنظيم ومتابعة أكثر من شحنة في نفس الوقت
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الـ Operations أو اللوجستيات والشحن البحري
- خبرة في الحصول على أسعار الشحن البحري (Rates) ومتابعتها والتفاوض عليها
إجادة تنفيذ ومتابعة الحجوزات (Booking) مع الخطوط الملاحية
إجادة التعامل مع منصة نافذة ومتابعة الإجراءات الخاصة بالشحنات
إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Microsoft Office
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والمتابعة وحل المشكلات
الالتزام والدقة وتحمل ضغط العمل.
