Qualification Who Can Apply? To be eligible for the Commercial Outstation Graduate Programme، you must: Be a UAE National with a UAE passport and Family Book

Be 27 years old or younger

Hold a Bachelor's degree from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education

Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent

Provide your final academic transcript at the time of application

Have no more than two years of work experience after graduation

Have completed National Service or be permanently exempt، if applicable

Hold a valid English language qualification: IELTS Academic 6.0 or above، TOEFL 550 or above، or equivalent

Be willing and able to relocate internationally and live and work outside the UAE for an extended period

Upon Successful Completion Upon successfully completing the 18-month programme and meeting the required performance standards، you will progress to the next grade with an enhanced reward package and continue your career in an overseas market
