- تعلن شركة استشارات هندسية في مدينة الرياض عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس معماري مقيم في الرياض. – يتولى المهندس مهام التصميم وإعداد المخططات المعمارية. – بالإضافة إلى إصدار ومتابعة الرخص البلدية والتعامل مع أمانة منطقة الرياض ومنصة بلدي. – يجب أن يكون المتقدم على دراية تامة بالاشتراطات البلدية وكود البناء السعودي. – مع إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD والبرامج الهندسية الأخرى. – تُعطى الأفضلية للسعوديين ومن لديهم خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى مكاتب أو شركات استشارات هندسية داخل مدينة الرياض. – الشروط: مقيم بمدينة الرياض – لديه خبرة عملية في التصميم والمخططات المعمارية – معرفة جيدة بالاشتراطات البلدية وكود البناء السعودي – إجادة AutoCAD، وبرامج التصميم الهندسية – يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة بمكتب أو شركة استشارات هندسية بالرياض – المهام: التصميم والمخططات المعمارية – المهارات: برامج التصميم الهندسية
