- تعلن شركة ILUJIS Agriculture. – وهي شركة رائدة في مجال تصدير الحاصلات الزراعية. – عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندسين زراعيين للعمل بمهام (مدير منطقة / قائد فريق). – يتطلب الدور خبرة تتراوح من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في المزارع. – مع تفضيل من لديهم خبرة في مزارع التصدير. – وخاصة في محاصيل الخضروات والفاكهة مثل الفاصوليا، البسلة، البصل الأخضر، البروكلي، والفراولة. – يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بالقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل والعمالة الزراعية. – والعمل تحت الضغط للمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الشركة. – الشروط: من 8 الى 10 سنوات بالمزارع ( يفضل مزارع التصدير ) – خبرة بمزارع خضروات و فاكهة و يفضل ( فصوليا – بسلة – بصل اخضر – بروكلى – فرولة ) – القدرة على ادارة فريق العمل و العمالة الزراعية . – القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط و المساهمة في تحقيق اهداف الشركة . – المهام: ادارة فريق العمل و العمالة الزراعية . – المساهمة في تحقيق اهداف الشركة . – المهارات: القدرة على ادارة فريق العمل و العمالة الزراعية . – القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط
