Requirements & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Key
Handle and prepare tenancy contracts (Ejari / Tawtheeq / Aqid Al Ijar)
Manage real estate accounting operations، rent collection، and tenant accounts
Track property income، operational expenses، and owner statements
Handle VAT returns، property invoicing، and financial reporting
Reconcile bank transactions and maintain accounting software records.
Proven experience in Real Estate Accounting in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy contract platforms (Tawtheeq / Ejari)
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
