مهامك الرئيسية: إجراء تذكيرات هاتفية لحاملي وثائق التأمين بإيصالات غير مدفوعة أو رفض خصم مباشر من أجل تسوية أوضاعهم
معالجة وإخطار حالات رفض الخصم المباشر والإشعارات الرسمية عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني
منع الإنهاء لعدم الدفع والمساعدة في تقليل معدل الإنهاء
إتقان إجراءات أخذ العينات وكذلك أسباب الرفض المختلفة
فحص ومراقبة أرصدة الحساب بعد الإنهاء
التأكد من مراقبة المعلومات المحاسبية والتقاضي المسبق للعقود
إتقان أحكام قانون التأمين الفرنسي المتعلقة بالاسترداد
اشرح لحاملي الوثائق العناصر المحاسبية لملفهم والتفاصيل المتعلقة بالخصومات
التأكد من استرداد المبالغ المستحقة عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني بشكل ودي
