شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- القطاع: صناعة الأدوية والعلاج النباتي نوع العقد: دائم حول المنصب لدعم إعادة الهيكلة والتطوير الاستراتيجي لمختبرنا، نقوم بتوظيف مدير مبيعات ذي خبرة (M/F)
- خبرة مثبتة (من 5 إلى 10 سنوات) في منصب مماثل في صناعة الأدوية أو الأدوية شبه الصيدلانية
مهام الإدارة والإشراف الرئيسية: توجيه وقيادة فريق المبيعات (المندوبين الطبيين ومندوبي المبيعات الميدانيين ومدير تاجر الجملة)
التطوير التجاري والشبكة: رفع أدوات النمو بفضل علاقاتك الراسخة مع الأطباء والصيدليات وموزعي الجملة
الإستراتيجية والإجراءات الميدانية: تصميم وتخطيط ونشر إجراءات المبيعات والتسويق التشغيلية لتحفيز المبيعات
إعادة الهيكلة والمراقبة: إنشاء خارطة الطريق التجارية وتحديد الأهداف وتحسين خطط الرحلات ومراقبة الأداء الفردي والجماعي
الدعم الميداني: فرق الإرشاد في الميدان لتحقيق الفرص الكبرى
الملف الشخصي مطلوب درجة عليا في الصيدلة أو الأحياء أو التجارة أو الإدارة
