المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وإدارة الموارد والتكاليف والتقارير المالية.
- إدارة المخاطر وتطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية والتأكد من الالتزام بالعقود.
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera P6 أو Microsoft Project.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع الإنشاءات منها سنة واحدة على الأقل كمدير مشروع.

- راتب شهري يتراوح بين 2، 500 إلى 28، 506 ريال قطري.

تخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة جميع مراحل مشاريع الإنشاءات من البداية حتى التسليم.
التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق العمل وضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
قيادة الاجتماعات وحل المشكلات الفنية والتعاقدية والإشراف على المهندسين والفرق الميدانية.
الشروط
مهارات قيادية وتفاوضية عالية، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP.
