- القيام بالسفر إلى الإدارات في منزل وبنزرت وتونس وفي المناطق المعنية. – التأكد من متابعة وتسوية الملفات المتعلقة بعمليات التصدير مع الإدارات والمنظمات المعنية. – السفر إلى الموردين لجمع المستندات أو البضائع أو الملفات. – توفير وسائل النقل والدعم للعملاء من وإلى المطار والفنادق والمواقع الأخرى حسب الحاجة. – تنفيذ المهمات ومهام الاتصال المختلفة نيابة عن الشركة. – التأكد من الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية والمتابعة السليمة للوثائق الموكلة. – تمثيل الشركة بالجدية والاحترافية عند السفر.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- 2- الملف الشخصي المطلوب – مستوى البكالوريا. – رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- معرفة جيدة بالطرق والمناطق المختلفة بتونس وبنزرت والمنزل. – شخص جاد ودقيق ومنظم ومسؤول. – عرض جيد وعلاقات جيدة مع العملاء والموردين والإدارات. – التوفر والمرونة للسفر. – خبرة في البريد والخدمات اللوجستية والإجراءات الإدارية.
