المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحت إشراف مدير التحصيل، يكون وكيل التحصيل مسؤولاً عن مراقبة العملاء في حالة عدم الدفع الديون.
- التعاون مع الإدارات التجارية والتشغيلية والمحاسبية لضمان موثوقية الفواتير. – تحديث جداول التتبع للفواتير والتحصيلات وذمم العملاء. – إجراء مفاوضات ودية على أرض الواقع مع العملاء الذين لم يسددوا مستحقاتهم والمطالبة بتسوية الديون وضمان استردادها وفقًا لأهداف شهرية محددة. – إعداد تقارير منتظمة عن حالة الفواتير والتحصيلات للإدارة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- القيادة الجيدة لأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات
وكيل تحصيل
المهمة: – التأكد من تحصيل الفواتير. – إنشاء ومراقبة ومراقبة فواتير العملاء. – معالجة العمليات المتعلقة بالخدمة المالية: التخصيم، أوامر الشراء – التأكد من مراقبة حسابات العملاء ومواعيد الدفع. – تنفيذ تذكيرات العملاء والمشاركة بنشاط في استرداد الديون. – مراقبة الإيصالات ومطابقتها مع الفواتير المعنية. – معالجة ومراقبة الشكاوى والنزاعات المتعلقة بالفواتير.
