- تعلن شركة حزاوي (Hazawy) عن حاجتها إلى موظف خدمة عملاء باللهجة الكويتية (Customer Service Agent – Kuwaiti Accent) للعمل بدوام كامل في مدينة الكويت.
الرد الفوري على استفسارات العملاء عبر الواتساب ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي باللغة العربية وباللهجة الكويتية المحلية لتقديم تجربة ممتازة.
الإجابة عن الأسئلة المتعلقة بالكتب والأسعار والخيارات الإضافية ومتابعة الطلبات وتوجيه العملاء دون ضغط.
إدخال تفاصيل الطلبات بدقة في النظام (أسماء الأطفال، تفاصيل التخصيص، العناوين، والدفع) لضمان خلوها من الأخطاء قبل الطباعة.
التنسيق مع فريق التصميم والإنتاج لمتابعة المواعيد ومشاركات المعاينة والتأكد من تسليم الطلبات في وقتها.

الشروط
طلاقة كاملة في التحدث والكتابة باللهجة الكويتية المحلية.
إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية لاستخدام الأنظمة والتواصل مع الفريق.
مهارات تنظيمية عالية والاهتمام بالدقائق والتفاصيل.
التعامل بمرونة وسلاسة مع التطبيقات، الواتساب، والأنظمة الإلكترونية وإدخال البيانات.
الصبر واللباقة في التعامل مع ضغط العمل والعملاء.
