- جمع وثائق التوظيف المحتلمين، إعداد عروض العمل، وتنفيذ إجراءات التأشيرات وتذاكر الطيران للعمالة المحلية والجامعية.
- متابعة الحضور والانصارات اليومي، معالجة الإجازات، وإعداد تقارير الحضور الشهرية المعتمدة للرواتب.

- خبرة أو معرفة بأساسيات عمليات الموارد البشرية وإدارة الموظفين.
تعلن شركة المشعان للتجارة العامة عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول موارد بشرية مبتدئ (Junior HR Executive) للعمل بدوام كامل في الكويت.
نشر الوظائف، فرز السير الذاتية، التنسيق مع المرشحين ووكالات التوظيف، وإجراء المقابلة الأولى.
إنشاء وتحديث ملفات الموظفين وسجلات صلاحية الإقامات والجوازات عبر نظام HRMS.
