المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعلن شركة Spaces and Concepts عن حاجتها إلى موظف إدارة وإدخال بيانات (Administration/Data Entry) للعمل بدوام كامل في الكويت.
- إعداد وإصدار عروض الأسعار الفنية لمنتجات الإضاءة والمنتجات ذات الصلة.
- إعداد ودعم الوثائق الخاصة بالمناقصات وعروض المشاريع.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في شركة تجارية أو مقاولات أو توريدات كهروميكانيكية (MEP).
- إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (خاصة Excel برصيد خبرة لا يقل عن سنتين) وأنظمة ERP.
معالجة أوامر الشراء والتنسيق مع الموردين المحليين والدوليين ومتابعة جداول التوريد وحالة الطلبات.
إدخال البيانات وإدارة السجلات عبر نظام ERP والأنظمة الداخلية للشركة، وصيانة قاعدة بيانات المنتجات والأسعار والموردين.
التنسيق بين فرق المبيعات والمشاريع والخدمات اللوجستية لضمان تدفق الطلبات بسلاسة.
الشروط
معرفة عملية بمنتجات الإضاءة المعمارية أو الزخرفية أو الفنية.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، وتعد اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
التواجد داخل دولة الكويت ومهارات تنظيمية عالية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
