المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المفاوضات البيعية بنجاح وتحقيق المستهدفات البيعية وإغلاق العقود.
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجالات هندسية ذات صلة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة 3 سنوات على الأقل في مبيعات خدمات قطاع المقاولات والتشطيبات بالسوق الكويتي (الهيكل الأسود، على المفتاح، الديكورات، المساح، السيراميك والرخام، العوازل).
- يفضل وجود خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP وCRM وبرامج المبيعات وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

استقطاب وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء المحتملين من ملاك القسائم السكنية والتجارية والاستثمارية والصناعية ومتابعة استفساراتهم.
تقديم العروض البيعية الاستشارية والشرح الوافي لمميزات الباقات التشطيبية والضمانات الفنية التي توفرها الشركة.
إجراء دراسات مقارنة لعروض الأسعار في السوق لتوضيح الفروق الفنية وحماية الملاك من المخاطر المخفية.
الشروط
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض استثنائية وقدرة على بناء الثقة مع الملاك.
التواجد داخل الكويت والقدرة على التنقل إلى الأحمدي.
