- تعلن شركة Deliveroo عن حاجتها إلى ممثل تطوير الأعمال (Business Development Representative) للعمل بدوام كامل في الكويت.
- استقطاب واستهداف المطاعم الجديدة وتقديم العروض الترويجية والعمل مع مدراء تطوير الأعمال لإغلاق الصفقات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- إدارة ومتابعة جميع مراحل خطة المبيعات (Sales Pipeline) لضمان تحقيق أعلى معدلات تحويل للعملاء.
- تطوير وتحسين استراتيجيات المبيعات الداخلية (Inside Sales) لضمان السرعة والفاعلية في العمل.
- متابعة سوق المطاعم المحلي في الكويت وتحديد الاتجاهات والشركاء المحتملين للمنصة.
- يفضل حملة شهادة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة، وخبرة في استخدام برنامج Salesforce في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات والقدرة على التفاوض (يفضل في بيئات العمل سريعة النمو).
دعم المبادرات التجارية والمشاريع الاستراتيجية والتسويقية للمطاعم بالتنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة.
الشروط
إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
معرفة واسعة ودقيقة بسوق المطاعم داخل دولة الكويت.
مهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية والقدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية.
