المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة العملاء وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المطلوبة. المهارات التي نبحث عنها نبحث عن شخصية اجتماعية، قوية، صبورة ومقنعة، ولديها
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الاتصال بالعملاء والتحدث معهم بطريقة لبقة ومحترفة.
- التعرف على احتياجات العميل واقتراح المنتجات المناسبة.
- شرح المنتجات وفوائدها بطريقة واضحة ومقنعة.
- التعامل مع اعتراضات العميل ومحاولة تحويل المكالمة إلى عملية شراء.
- قدرة ممتازة على الإقناع والتأثير.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والاتصال.
- أسلوب لبق وواضح في الحديث.
- صبر وتحمل لضغط العمل وكثرة المكالمات.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الرفض وعدم الإحباط.
- حماس وطاقة لتحقيق المبيعات والأهداف.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعاون مع الزملاء.
- الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل المسؤولية.
- سرعة التعلم والرغبة في التطور بمجال المبيعات
