- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات كوكيل أو مستشار سفر (يفضل في منطقة الخليج).
تعلن شركة Mehrish Travels عن حاجتها إلى وكيل سفر ومستشار رحلات (Travel Agent) للعمل بدوام كامل في الدوحة، قطر.
إجراء حجوزات الطيران والفنادق وتأجير السيارات باستخدام أنظمة GDS وإصدار التذاكر.
تصميم وتخطيط برامج الرحلات العطلات والمجموعات السياحية وحزم السفر للشركات.
التواصل مع العملاء ومساعدتهم في إجراءات التأشيرات والمستندات واستخراج التأشيرات.
التعامل مع إلغاء أو تعديل الحجوزات واسترداد الأموال وإدارة حالات الطوارئ أثناء السفر.
التنسيق مع الفنادق وشركات الطيران والموردين لتقديم أفضل الأسعار والخدمات.
الشروط
إتقان تام لأنظمة التوزيع العالمية (Amadeus أو Galileo).
دراية بقواعد إشارات الطيران وأنظمة IATA وإعادة إصدار التذاكر.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة بصورة ممتازة.
