- تعلن شركة Nova Care Cleaning and Facility Services عن حاجتها إلى موظف استقبال – ذكر متحدث باللغة العربية (Receptionist – Arabic Male) للعمل في الدوحة، قطر.
- استقبال الضيوف والزوار بأسلوب احترافي والقيام بإجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في عمل الاستقبال الفندقي.
- خبرة عملية إزامية في استخدام نظام IDS لإدارة الفنادق.
التعامل مع الحجوزات والرد على الاستفسارات والمكالمات الهاتفية.
استخدام نظام IDS لإدارة الفنادق وتنفيذ عمليات المكاتب الأمامية اليومية.
التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة مثل التدبير المنزلي وحل مشكلات الضيوف وإعداد التقارير اليومية.
الشروط
الوظيفة مخصصة للذكور فقط.
إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة ومظهر مظهر مهني مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة ضيافة سريعة الإيقاع.
عقد عمل دائم بدوام كامل.
ساعات العمل: 9 ساعات يومياً مع يوم عطلة أسبوعياً.
