المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير الأداء اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية (معدلات الحضور، نسبة إشغال الحصص، والإيرادات).
- إدارة العمليات التشغيلية اليومية وتسيير العمل في حال غياب مدير الاستوديو.
- تنظيم عالي والدقة والتنقل العملي بين استوديوين مختلفين.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- التواجد داخل الكويت مع توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
- خبرة إشرافية سابقة أو عمل سابق في مجال اللياقة البدنية (يفضل من لديها خبرة في أنظمة Mindbody وGlofox).

المساعدة في جدولة الموظفين وتنسيق العمل وإجراءات تعيين الجدد بين الاستوديوين.
التعامل مع استفسارات الأعضاء وشكواهم وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة لضمان رضا المشتركين.
الشروط
العمر لا يقل عن 27 سنة.
يفضل إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
