الوظيفة مطلوب موظفة للعمل لدى شركة مهارات التواصل العالية عبر الهاتف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة حسابات العملاء والرد على الإستفسارات جميعها في جميع الحسابات الخاص بالعملاء.
مهارات الإستماع إلى الآخرين.
حل المشكلات عبر الهاتف مع العملاء.
التعامل مع النقد.
مهارات في التسويق الإلكتروني.
المهارات عالية في استخدام Microsoft office.
مهارات عالية في اللغة الإنجليزية. ( كتابة، قراءة، محادثة ). العمل داخل الشركة ارسال السيره الذاتيه فقط عبر الواتساب 9️⃣2️⃣2️⃣0️⃣9️⃣0️⃣3️⃣0️⃣
