- الوصف مجموعة جيهانغير لإدارة وتشغيل المطاعم تُعلن عن حاجتها لتعيين الوظائف الشاغرة التالية: 1) كومي شيف (Commi Chef) المهام: التحضير الأساسي للمكوّنات (تقشير، تقطيع، تتبيل) تنفيذ الأصناف حسب الوصفات المعتمدة تحت إشراف الشيف الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والسلامة الغذائية المؤهلات: خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في المطاعم أو الفنادق القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت ضغط العمل 2) خبّاز (Baker) المهام: تحضير العجائن وتخميرها وخبزها وفق المواصفات المعتمدة ضبط الأوزان والمقادير بدقة للحفاظ على ثبات الجودة الحفاظ على نظافة الفرن ومنطقة العمل المؤهلات: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المخابز أو المطاعم معرفة جيدة بأنواع العجائن وطرق التخمير 3) موظف خدمه 4) ستيوارد (Steward) 5) باريستا (Barista) 6) مساعد مدير (Assistant Manager) المهام: مساعدة مدير الفرع في متابعة سير العمليات اليومية الإشراف على الموظفين ومتابعة التزامهم بمعايير الخدمة والنظافة متابعة رضا الزبائن ومعالجة الملاحظات والشكاوى التنسيق بين الأقسام (المطبخ، الخدمة، المخزون) لضمان انسيابية العمل المؤهلات: خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المطاعم أو الضيافة دوام كامل ومتفرغ بالكامل (غير طلاب جامعات) العمر فوق 23 سنة للتقديم: يُرجى الضغط على الرابط التالي
