الوظائف المتاحة
- تبحث الشركة عن محاسب صارم ومنظم وموثوق به مسؤول عن حسابات الدفع لدعم العمليات المالية لكلا الشركتين.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال المحاسبة، وخاصة في مجال محاسبة الموردين.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل والحساب والمصالحة المحاسبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المجال / الشراب: محاسبة / إدارة / تدقيق
- ضمان صيانة ومراقبة حسابات الموردين.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- إدخال ومراقبة ومعالجة فواتير الموردين والمدفوعات.
- إجراء تسويات بيان المورد وحل أي اختلافات.
- ضمان التوفيق بين المعلومات المالية والتشغيلية بين BeeOne وSage.
- مراقبة المواعيد النهائية للدفع وإعداد تقارير الموردين.
- التنسيق مع الموردين وفرق الشراء والإدارة.
- المشاركة في أعمال الإغلاق الشهرية والتسويات المحاسبية. الملف الشخصي المطلوب
- القيادة الجيدة للحكيم. تعد معرفة BeeOne أحد الأصول المهمة.
- دقة ممتازة واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية الأساسية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الفرنسية و/أو العربية ميزة.
- القيادة الجيدة لشركة Microso
