المهام والمسؤوليات
- مهارات عالية في التنظيم، إدارة الوقت، وحل المشكلات الإدارية
- الرئيسية: إدارة وتنفيذ المعاملات اليومية عبر بوابات DLD و RDC وتراخيص
- إعداد وتدقيق المستندات والتقارير والمراسلات الرسمية باللغتين العربية والإنجلیزية
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات داخل (Typing Center)، مراكز عامر/تسهيل، أو شركات الخدمات العقارية والإدارية
سرعة ودقة عالية في الطباعة وإدخال البيانات باللغتين العربية والإنجلیزية
إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجلیزية (قراءة وكتابة ومراسلات رسمية).
تسجيل عقود إيجاري (Ejari)، إصدار التصاريح العقارية، ومتابعة القضايا والطلبات الإيجارية بدقة
التنسيق مع الفريق الداخلي ومتابعة المعاملات المعلقة حتى إنجازها بالكامل.
