المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة الطلبات والشحنات المحلية والخارجية وتحديث حالتها باستمرار.
- متابعة الشحنات الخارجية والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية حتى إتمام التسليم.
- إعداد تقارير المتابعة اليومية ورفعها للمسؤول المباشر. الشروط
- الالتزام والتفرغ للعمل. للمهتمات، يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية والعمر والسكن عبر الواتساب، مع كتابة «متابعة وخدمة عملاء وشحن خارجي». على الرقم التالي
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء ومتابعة الملاحظات والشكاوى.
- التواصل مع المناديب والأقسام المختصة لحل مشكلات الطلبات.
- توثيق جميع الملاحظات والإجراءات على النظام بدقة.
- خبرة سابقة في المتابعة وخدمة العملاء، ويفضّل في شركات الشحن أو التوصيل.
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وأسلوب لبق في التعامل مع العملاء.
- سرعة ودقة في المتابعة والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
