تقوم شركة EURL ATR pharm بتعيين مساعد للموارد البشرية لضمان الإدارة الإدارية للموظفين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في عملية التوظيف (نشر العروض، فرز السير الذاتية، تنظيم المقابلات).
- إعداد الوثائق الإدارية المتعلقة بالموظفين.
- دبلوم في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو الإدارة أو ما يعادلها.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- التأكد من الإدارة الإدارية للموظفين (العقود والملفات والشهادات وغيرها).
- مراقبة الغياب والإجازات وتسجيل الحضور.
- تحديث لوحات معلومات الموارد البشرية.
- التأكد من تصنيف وأرشفة الملفات.
- المشاركة في مشاريع قسم الموارد البشرية المختلفة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في منصب مماثل.
- إجادة الأدوات المكتبية (Word، Excel).
- الشعور بالتنظيم والصرامة والسرية.
- مهارات كتابة ممتازة باللغة الفرنسية (اللغة العربية هي أحد الأصول).
