المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ورعاية علاقات تجارية قوية مع العملاء الحاليين، فضلا عن استكشاف عملاء جدد محتملين (بيع وتأجير الشقق).
- تنظيم وتنفيذ مواعيد زيارة الشقق.
- متابعة طلبات العملاء حتى إتمام عملية الشراء/الإيجار.
- إعداد العروض التجارية والتقنية (العرض، الدراسة، التصميم)
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الخبرة في مجال العقارات: ستكون خبرة أكثر من خمس سنوات كعميل تجاري ميزة.
- القدرة على اتخاذ المبادرات والتواصل.
- التفاوض والإقناع.
تحليل احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول والمقترحات المناسبة.
معالجة المكالمات الهاتفية، واستقبال الزبائن وإحالتهم.
العمل مع الأفرقة الداخلية لضمان تحقيق أعلى مستوى من رضا الزبائن
تقديم تقارير دورية عن الأنشطة.
المؤهلات
شهادة في التجارة/الإدارة أو التسويق.
مهارات جيدة في مجال المبيعات والاتصال والتفاوض
معرفة جيدة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
اللغات: العربية والفرنسية (قراءة وتحدثا وكتابة) والإنكليزية.
القدرة على التحليل والتوليف.
مهارات تجارية جيدة.
