- تتمثل مهمة مساعد مدير المتجر في تطوير وقيادة وإدارة أداء الأقسام وفقًا للاستراتيجية التجارية للعلامة التجارية
- ضمان ترويج المنتجات والتطبيق السليم لقواعد التجارة ضمان نجاح العمليات الترويجية وتوافر المنتج إدارة نشاط تسجيل النقد والإشراف على عمليات الاستقبال ضمان أمن المتجر وفتح / إغلاق وقوائم الجرد ضمان توافر المعدات ومراقبة الصيانة الوقائية تنظيم الجداول الزمنية وإدارة التكامل والتقييم والتوظيف لغير المديرين التنفيذيين توحيد الفرق حول قيم الشركة ضمان جودة الاستقبال ورضا العملاء مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وقيادة اجتماعات المتابعة الملف الشخصي المطلوب: الخبرة: من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة النتائج وتوجيه خدمة العملاء المهارات العلائقية والإدارية الدقة والمبادرة والاستجابة إتقان أدوات وتقنيات الإدارة التجارية الخبرة
