المهام والمسؤوليات
- وكيل صيانة كمبيوتر قوي ومرن (ذكر)
- كفني صيانة كمبيوتر، .
- تنظيم وجدولة أنشطة الصيانة، وضمان مراقبة ومراقبة تنفيذ الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
المهمة
إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والعلاجية لمعدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاصة بالعملاء عن بعد وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها.
تشخيص الأعطال والتدخل بسرعة لإجراء الإصلاحات اللازمة، وتنسيق الفرق إذا لزم الأمر.
اقتراح حلول لتحسين أمان وأداء المعدات، من خلال إجراء مراقبة تكنولوجية ثابتة.
تقديم المشورة للمستخدمين وتدريبهم على الاستخدام الأمثل لـ المعدات.
تحديث البيانات الفنية وتقديم الدعم الفني للفريق.
المهارات المطلوبة: .
إتقان استخدام الكمبيوتر مع لغة فرنسية جيدة جدًا (المستوى C1)
القدرة على التفكير بشكل منهجي واكتشاف المواقف غير الطبيعية.
الكفاءة القوية للعمل الجماعي والقدرة على التكيف مع الديناميكية البيئة.
