- إدارة حسابات الموردين
- إعداد المدفوعات ومراقبة المواعيد النهائية مع احترام المواعيد النهائية للدفع للموردين
- إدارة الأعمال الإدارية المختلفة المرتبطة بنشاط الخدمة
- إدارة صندوق البريد
