المهام والمسؤوليات
- منسق إدارة المبيعات وعلاقات العملاء
- استقبال العملاء ومتابعتهم في الموقع
- متابعة إدارية بسيطة للطلبات (جدول الدفع ومتابعة التسليم)
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الواجهة بين الإنتاج والإدارة (الإدارية والتجارية والعامة والعملاء)
- التنسيق الفوري لخدمات ما بعد البيع (D›90)
- دعم قسم المبيعات
- مستوى Bac›2 في Bac›3 (التجارة والإدارة، علاقات العملاء)
- مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين، وحس الاستماع والتنظيم.
- مريح في استخدام الأدوات المكتبية (Excel، Word، البريد الإلكتروني، الاثنين)
- مستوى مثالي في اللغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا، والإسبانية ميزة إضافية
- تذوق البيئة التقنية أو البحرية (التدريب مضمون)
- مستقر وعاطفي
- الخبرة في ADV مرغوبة
- منصب تدريبي بمسؤوليات ميدانية حقيقية
- الانغماس في عالم القوارب
- فريق على نطاق بشري وديناميكي
- تطور محتمل نحو منصب ADV كبير أو منصب تجاري
المهمة الرئيسية ضمان المتابعة الإدارية لطلبات العملاء أثناء الإنتاج وتكون نقطة الاتصال المفضلة على الموقع للعملاء أثناء مرحلة التصنيع والتسليم والفورية ما بعد التسليم (حتى D›90).
