- ضمان الإدارة الجيدة لقسم الفواكه والخضروات في سوق المتجر، مما يضمن دوران مبيعاتك و الربحية تصل إلى الأهداف المحددة.
- تأكد من الأداء الجيد لقسمك في سوق المتجر من خلال ضمان وصول حجم المبيعات والربحية إلى الأهداف المحددة.
- ضمان التوريد والرفوف والنظافة ووضع العلامات ومكافحة نقص المخزون وتنفيذ الأنشطة التجارية التي تتكيف مع الموسمية والأحداث والعروض الترويجية.
