- يقوم مساعد المبيعات بمتابعة العملاء وطلباتهم عن بعد، سواء في منطقة جغرافية أو مجموعة من المنتجات، بالتعاون مع الملحقين التجاريين في الميدان ومع إدارة المبيعت.
- متابعة العملاء
- إدارة طلبية وتسجيل العميل من البداية إلى النهاية
البعثات
تجهيز الطلبات عن طريق الهاتف والفاكس والبريد والسعاة
تحديث قواعد البيانات ونشر المعلومات التجارية
نبذة عن البرنامج
الحد الأدنى للبكالوريوس +3
معرفة جيدة باللغة الفرنسية
إتقان أدوات تجهيز البيانات المكتبية: معالجة النصوص، جدول البيانات، قاعدة بيانات Word/Excel
