المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة شكاوى العملاء وتزويدهم بالحلول المناسبة،
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- المساعدة والإجابة على الأسئلة من مستخدمي المنصة عبر الإنترنت كتابيًا (البريد الإلكتروني، التذاكر، )،
- ضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء.
- إجادة اللغة الفرنسية المكتوبة (الإملاء والنحو والتصريف)،
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية،
- سرعة الكتابة على لوحة المفاتيح،
- السهولة والحس العلائقي الخدمة.
