المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة طلبات وشكاوى العملاء
- المساهمة في تطوير المبيعات ورضا العملاء
- إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالعمليات التجارية والأداء
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في التجارة أو المالية
المهام
تقديم الدعم الإداري والتجاري للأنشطة
مراقبة العملاء الحسابات والتحصيلات والتسويات مع الشؤون المالية
ضمان التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
Bac+3/4 في التجارة أو التسويق أو المالية أو ما يعادلها
التواصل الجيد والتنظيم المهارات
العقلية التجارية والتركيز على العملاء والنتائج
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن فريق
