- تعلن شركة تطوير عقاري عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس موقع (Site Engineer) للعمل بمشاريعها في التجمع الخامس. – يتطلب الدور خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. – مع ضرورة امتلاك خبرة قوية في أعمال المواقع. – ويفضل من لديه خبرة في المشروعات التجارية والعقارية. – تشمل المهام إجادة قراءة المخططات. – ومتابعة التنفيذ وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية. – بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على المقاولين والعمال لضمان جودة وسير الأعمال. – والقدرة على حل المشكلات الميدانية ومتابعتها حتى الإنجاز. – يشترط الالتزام والجدية والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط. – الشروط: خبرة 5 سنوات خبرة على الأقل – خبرة قوية في أعمال المواقع، ويفضل المشروعات التجارية والعقارية . – الالتزام والجدية والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل . – المهام: إجادة قراءة المخططات ومتابعة التنفيذ طبقا للمواصفات . – متابعة المقاولين والعمال والتأكد من جودة وسير الأعمال . – القدرة على حل المشكلات ومتابعة الأعمال حتى الانتهاء منها . – المهارات: متابعة التنفيذ طبقا للمواصفات
