- الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة الفنية للمصنع وضمان حسن سير العمليات.
- قيادة الفرق الفنية وتنسيقها والإشراف عليها وكذلك مراقبة تنفيذ المشاريع.
- مراقبة أنشطة التصميم والتصنيع والتركيب والصيانة للتأكد من امتثالها للمعايير والمواصفات الحالية.
- وضع الاستراتيجيات والخطط الفنية الهادفة إلى تحسين الأداء والإنتاجية.
- اقتراح الحلول الفنية للمشاكل التي تواجه الخدمات المختلفة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة للتأكد من إنجاز المشاريع في الوقت المحدد ووفقاً لمتطلبات الجودة.
- التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والإجراءات الفنية داخل المصنع.
- الملف الشخصي المطلوب
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو تخصص معادل.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن
- * 3 سنوات
- * في منصب مماثل، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في القطاع الصناعي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الفرق الفنية والإشراف عليها.
- مهارات ممتازة في التخطيط والتنظيم وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير الجودة والسلامة
