شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمستوى الأول والثاني للمستخدمين.
- تشخيص وحل حوادث الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات.
- تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة محطات العمل والطابعات والأجهزة الطرفية.
- ضمان مراقبة وإدارة تذاكر الحوادث.
- المشاركة في عمليات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- مساعدة المستخدمين عن بعد أو في الموقع.
- كتابة وتحديث الوثائق الفنية.
- التدريب في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الشبكات أو الأنظمة.
- الخبرة المطلوبة
- التحكم الجيد في بيئات Windows والأدوات المكتبية.
- المعرفة بشبكات الكمبيوتر وأجهزة الكمبيوتر وأنظمة التشغيل.
- حس خدمة العملاء والدقة والاستجابة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وروح الفريق.
- رخصة القيادة مطلوبة.
- بيئة عمل احترافية وديناميكية.
- فرص التدريب والتطوير.
- رواتب مغرية حسب الملف الشخصي والخبرة.
