Requirements & Qualifications
- Offer: 35% of net profit until you’ve received a total of 50، 000 OMR After 2 years، if you’re still fully engaged as a co‑founder، I’ll add 15% equity (vested) You’ll work across tech، product، operations، and business development until we grow the team Ideal person: Strong in web/mobile development Comfortable making business decisions (product، operations، growth، partnerships) Ready for a long-term co‑founder role (not a freelance/short-term gig) Based in or able to work ly with Muscat If you’re interested، DM me with: Short intro (skills + experience) 1–2 startup or project examples Your availability (full-time / part-time، earliest start date) Please mention “Co‑founder Muscat” in your message.
