تعلن شركة أساس النمو للأبحاث والدراسات المالية والاقتصادية عن حاجتها إلى سكرتيرة للمدير العام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القدرة على تنظيم المواعيد وإدارة المراسلات والتقويم والاجتماعات.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- العمر من 25 إلى 45 سنة.
- اللباقة وحسن التعامل.
- المظهر المرتب.
- الالتزام والانضباط في مواعيد العمل.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى جيد على الأقل.
- مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الزوار والعملاء.
- إجادة العمل بروح الفريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
