Profil De formation administrative ou équivalente, vous avez une première expérience en gestion administrative Vous avez un bon relationnel et vous êtes naturellement motivée par la réalisation des objectifs. Vous savez travailler efficacement et en autonomie. Vous êtes autonome et dôté.e d’un excellent sens de l’organisation. Vous maitrisez le pack-office et vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques en général.
Mission – Suivre et gérer l’activité administrative : Bon de commandes, factures , avoirs – Suivre le cycle complet : demande d’achat › commande › réception › règlement. – Suivre les stocks – Tenir à jour les bases de données fournisseurs et contrats. – Coordination avec les services internes (production, logistique, comptabilité). – Diverses tâches administratives
