تعلن وزارة الخارجية الاماراتية في أبوظبي عن توفير شاغر وظيفي للعمل بمسمى أخصائي تنفيذ ومتابعة ، وفقا للتفاصيل التالية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تنفيذ التعليمات والقرارات والتوجيهات المدير التنفيذي من الرئيس التنفيذي والمتعلقة بمتابعة تنفيذ العمل والتنسيق والمتابعات الإدارية.
- متابعة إعداد التقارير والمراسلات المطلوبة على المستوى الرئيسي واعتمادها وفق التدابير المعتمدة وفق معاييرها المحددة.
- متابعة الأعمال المكتبية وزيادة كل ما يحتاجه المكتب من خدمات واحتياجات بالتنسيق مع مختلف الجهات المعنية.
- الاجتماعات والتحقق من القانون ودقة الوثيقة اللازمة لها، ومتابعة إعداد كافة جداول الاجتماع ومحاضرة ذات الصلة وتوثيقها وفق أحكامها.
