- تقوم شركة ROFILCO، وهي شركة متخصصة في تصنيع وتركيب نجارة الألمنيوم والـ PVC، بتعيين: مدير إدارة المشتريات والمخزون الموقع: السويدانية
- إدارة ومراقبة عمليات الشراء
- ضمان إدارة المخزون ومراقبته
- مراقبة احتياجات العمل والتأكد من توافر المواد اللازمة. متابعة الفواتير والمستندات المتعلقة بالمشتريات والمخزون. إعداد التقارير الدورية عن حالة الشراء والمخزون.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الجزائر العاصمة
- إجراء الجرد الدوري ومراقبة الكميات.
- خبرة في الشراء و/أو إدارة المخزون.
- إجادة أدوات الكمبيوتر والإكسل.
البحث عن الموردين والتفاوض على الأسعار
تتبع الطلبات ومواعيد التسليم
فحص واستلام البضائع
مراقبة إدخالات ومخارج المخزون.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
مهارات جيدة في التفاوض والتواصل مع الموردين.
حس التنظيم والصرامة والجدية.
الشعور بالمسؤولية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ومتابعة المهام اليومية.
