- نائب مدير إدارة الخزينة Aden Islamic Bank | Aden | Posted: 02 Sep، 26 | Deadline: 20 Sep، 26 New نائب مدير إدارة الخزينة Aden Islamic Bank Aden Posted: 02 Sep، 26 Deadline: 20 Sep، 26 Job Description / الوصف الوظيفي نائب مدير إدارة الخزينة الهدف من الوظيفة: إدارة اموال وسيولة البنك (محلياً وخارجياً) بكفاءة عالية، لضمان التوازن الأمثل بين توفير السيولة التشغيلية وتحقيق أقصى عائد استثماري، بالإضافة إلى إدارة الحوالات وشبكة الوكلاء وبناء علاقة وطيدة مع المزودين والتواصل مع المؤسسات المعنية بما يخدم تحقيق الأهداف.
- الإشراف على تنظيم العمل وتقييم أداء فرق العمل وتوجيهها وتدريبها
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن ضمان سلامة إدارة السيولة للبنك، والتأكد من توفير النقد اللازم لتغطية الالتزامات المحلية والخارجية
- متابعة التقارير حول الأسواق المالية لرفع التوصيات الاستثمارية اللازمة
- الإشراف على تطوير وتوسعة شبكة وكلاء البنك وإدارة التعاقدات، وضمان انسيابية العمليات من خلال آليات متابعة دقيقة لجودة المخرجات.
- معرفة متقدمة في إدارة السيولة والمخاطر ومخاطر أسعار الصرف
- مهارات قيادية قوية في إدارة الفرق والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات الاستراتيجية الدولية والمحلية
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الأساسية: مؤهل جامعي في تخصص ذي صلة (علوم مالية ومصرفية، اقتصاد، محاسبة)
- خبرة واسعة في العمل المصرفي لا تقل عن 7 سنوات

المساهمة في بناء وتعميق العلاقات الاستراتيجية مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين، وترسيخ صورة البنك الإيجابية لدى شركات التحويل الخارجية
