المهام والمسؤوليات
- يجب عليه إدارة المشتريات وتتبع المخزون والتفاوض مع البائعين وحل مشاكل الشحن أو الخدمات اللوجستية للحفاظ على انخفاض التكاليف وسلاسة العمليات.
- الرئيسية• الشراء والبائعين: ابحث عن الموردين، واحصل على عروض أسعار، وتفاوض على العقود، وقم ببناء علاقات عمل جيدة.• مراقبة المخزون: التحقق من مستويات المخزون وتتبع الطلبات ومنع نقص المخزون أو التخزين الزائد.• الخدمات اللوجستية والشحن: تخطيط طرق النقل وتنسيق عمليات التسليم ومراقبة حركة الشحن.• البيانات والتقارير: تحليل بيانات التوريد وتتبع أرقام الأداء وكتابة تقارير الحالة.متطلبات الوظيفة• التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.• الخبرة: من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في الشراء أو المخزون أو الشحن.• مهارات الكمبيوتر: جيدة مع جداول البيانات (Excel) وبرامج المؤسسات مثل SAP أو Oracle (أنظمة ERP).• المهارات اللينة: التفاوض القوي وحل المشكلات ومهارات الاتصال.يجب أن يكون مهندسًا
