- تعلن شركة عقارية في مدينة الرياض عن حاجتها لتعيين محاسب ذو خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 6 سنوات. – يشترط المتقدم أن يمتلك خبرة عملية في إعداد وتحليل قائمة التدفقات النقدية. – مع ضرورة وجود خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى شركات المقاولات أو التطوير العقاري. – كما يتطلب الدور القدرة على مراجعة الحسابات والتأكد من دقتها. – وإدارة التدفقات النقدية للمشروعات وإعداد التقارير المالية الدورية. – يجب إجادة استخدام برنامج Excel والأنظمة المحاسبية. – وخصوصاً نظامي دفترة وسماك. – الشروط: خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات – لديه خبرة في شركات المقاولات أو التطوير العقاري – خبرة في مراجعة الحسابات والتأكد من دقتها – خبرة في إدارة التدفقات النقدية للمشروعات وإعداد التقارير المالية الدورية – إجادة استخدام برنامج Excel والأنظمة المحاسبية وخصوصاً دفتره وسماك – المهارات: إجادة الأنظمة المحاسبية وخصوصاً دفتره وسماك
