Requirements & Qualifications

• & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing، Business Administration، International Business Management، or a related field

• Strong communication، negotiation، analytical، and interpersonal skills

• Leadership skills

• Good computer skills، particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Main

Marketing Planning & Strategy: Develop marketing plans and strategies، prepare associated marketing budgets، conduct market and competitor analysis، and identify opportunities to increase enrollment and strengthen the brand

Digital Campaign & Community Management: Execute day-to-day digital marketing campaigns، prepare basic marketing creatives and translations، schedule social media content، manage and engage online communities، generate and follow up with leads، and maintain accurate lead tracking and CRM records

Field Marketing & Partnerships: Conduct field visits and promotional activities، build relationships with companies، organizations، schools، universities، and other institutions، and develop cooperation agreements that create new customer and enrollment opportunities

Market Positioning، Pricing & Growth: Evaluate pricing structures and competitor offerings، identify new customer segments، and develop attractive pricing policies، promotional packages، offers، and proposals aimed at increasing enrollment and maintaining market competitiveness

Analysis & Management Reporting : Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and other marketing activities، evaluate performance against objectives، and provide management with regular reports، insights، and recommendations for improvement

Cross-Team Alignment: Work ly with relevant teams and departments to align marketing activities، campaigns، pricing، offers، and strategies and ensure effective implementation across the A2Z Program.

Previous experience in marketing، sales، business development، or a related role is preferred

Good knowledge of social media، digital marketing، and community management

Ability to develop marketing plans، budgets، reports، and competitor analyses

Basic content creation

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is preferred

Ability to conduct field visits and communicate professionally with businesses and institutions

Good command of Arabic and English، including basic marketing translation

Organized، proactive، creative، and able to work toward assigned targets
