AFRIKESH, marque spécialisée dans les tapis marocains faits main, recherche une Assistante Service Client & Logistique sérieuse, organisée et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe à Marrakech. Missions principales Assister le service client et répondre aux demandes des clients. Préparer et remplir les étiquettes d’expédition (Shipping Labels) Utiliser Excel et Word pour la gestion et l’organisation des informations. Communiquer avec les clients en anglais par message ou email. Profil recherché Poste réservé aux femmes. Très bon niveau d’anglais – oral et écrit. Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Word. À l’aise avec l’informatique et les outils en ligne. Bonne communication avec les clients. Sérieuse, organisée, ponctuelle et attentive aux détails. Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à travailler en équipe. Une expérience en service client, e-commerce ou logistique est un plus. Salaire Salaire selon le diplôme, l’expérience, les compétences et le potentiel de la candidate. ? Poste basé à Sidi Ghanem – Marrakech.
