- Superviser et coordonner les activités RH
- Assurer le suivi administratif du personnel
- Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration des collaborateurs
- Assurer le suivi des équipes et des dossiers RH
- Veiller au respect des procédures RH
- Accompagner les collaborateurs au quotidien
- Assurer un bon climat social et une communication efficace avec les équipes Profil recherché
- Bac+2/3 ou Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines، Gestion ou équivalent
- Expérience dans un poste RH ou similaire
- Bonne maîtrise des processus RH et du suivi administratif
- Excellent relationnel et sens de la communication
- Organisation، rigueur et autonomie
- Esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités
- Poste basé à : Agadir
