Dans le cadre du développement de notre business unit Supeco، nous recrutons des Superviseurs RH à Marrakech
Mission principale: Déployer et exécuter les activités RH opérationnelles sur les magasins de son périmètre (administration du personnel، recrutement، discipline et suivi des effectifs)، conformément aux procédures et orientations définies par le Chargé RH Région
Assurer le recrutement des profils magasins
Suivre les absences، congés، pointages et périodes d’essai
Participer à la gestion de la procédure disciplinaire
Accompagner les gérants magasins sur les sujets RH
Produire les reportings RH de son périmètre
Remonter les alertes et situations sensibles
Participer au développement des politiques internes RH
Profil recherché : Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent ( fraichement diplômé(e)
Première expérience en Ressources Humaines (stages inclus)
Rigueur، sens de l’organisation، confidentialité et orientation terrain
Bonne capacité de communication et de coordination.
